I can work from anywhere. It can be in my home office, a friend’s house, a co-working space, or just outside! This means I can find the best space that works for me at any given time. My time is respected, and it is never assumed that work will take priority over any personal matter. Having time for my family, friends, and myself, allows me to be a better person at work.

We have great collaboration tools that allow us to share information, co-work, and chat with each other. This means we do not need to use emails internally, which blows my mind daily! Although we are a very senior team, we are always available to help each other. We celebrate individual wins as a team and are proud of each other‘s accomplishments.

Working at Circuit and in remote 1st, flexible working environment has completely changed my life for the better. Being able to work at times of the day when I am at my most energized and creative has meant that I can really enjoy what I do and achieve so much more.
