From day 1 there have been immense opportunities to learn and grow at this company. From training programs and mentorship opportunities to hands-on experience on consulting all sorts of industries on how our solution can bring value to their supply chains, there's no shortage of ways to develop new skills and expand my knowledge. Regardless of how much of a cliché this might sound, I really do feel like everyone's got each other's backs at Circularise. If there's an urgent issue to be addressed, someone will be on it immediately. While taking care of ourselves and each other and having fun along the way, the feeling of commitment and engagement in our work and building our vision is truly exciting.

When I joined Circularise, I knew next to nothing about blockchains, Ethereum, Smart Contracts, and crypto tech at large, but given the opportunity to learn about these topics, I ended up taking a major role in this area in the company. And since we're still at an early stage, there are many opportunities to bring in all sorts of different tech and experiment with it.

Focus on employee wellbeing? It's a bit hard for me to give concrete examples for this, as it's more of a mindset and a general approach to our fellow colleagues. I feel that I'm supported both as a person and a professional at Circularise, which is great.

We don't talk about being "multicultural" and "accepting" here. We simply accept people and cherish whatever we learn of each other's culture. Instead of a KPI or a checkbox that can be ticked, it's part of the general culture - and something that's truly enjoyable.

The work here is challenging, and there are lots of aspects to it, giving ample of opportunities to grow your skills as a professional. And if you happen to find out that you'd like to progress into a new role/field? Well, then expect to be supported in your efforts, because we are not "boxed in" into a specific role here.

Currently I am working with my team on a very interesting project which involve applying cutting edge technologies likes Microservices, GCP, Blockchain, Smart contracts, and much more. I really enjoy working with my team on applying these technologies to solve real world problems.

The onboarding process at Circularise is one of the best if not the best I've seeing so far. Everyone in the team was so supportive when I joined. I've got lot of knowledge in a very short period of time which helped me lot to grow so fast.

One thing that you'll notice when joining Circularise is that the team is very friendly and there is a very nice flexibility in terms of working hours, projects and teams. For me this flexibility gives me freedom to focus on my work when I am working and also to enjoy my coffee/tea break.

I am looking to learn what it takes to scale a business and also gain a deeper knowledge of the circular economy, so Circularise is an ideal place to gather this knowledge while making a positive impact.

Employees at Circularise are all driven people, whether it's about circular economy, the product/ technology, or growing a business. It's great to work as part of such a passionate team.

I've seen the headcount triple in size in eight months, and we continue to grow. It's exciting to see team dynamics and individual responsibilities evolve as we expand and adapt through our learning.
