Company mission

Clarity Movement is on a mission to make air quality measurement easy.

46% employee growth in 12 months

Our take

Founded in 2014, Clarity works with businesses, local authorities and governments across every continent, providing IoT-based air quality monitoring technology. The company has become well respected for its “Sensing-as-a-Service” technology and data analytics, as well as its low-cost yet accurate sensing hardware.

That Clarity’s solutions are now used in well over 60 countries and counting – across every continent in fact – speaks not only to its novel solutions and keen growth strategy, but also to the scale of the problem it's trying to tackle. Air quality is a dire issue in many cities across the planet, but particularly in developing economies in Southeast Asia and Africa.

The next decade could prove very interesting for Clarity amidst such widespread talk of “smart cities”. For smart cities to function in a climate and community friendly way, they need smart data. Clarity is ready to step in to help, with its focus now turning to the deployment of dense air quality monitoring networks on a global scale.
