Our take

Designed to provide support to working families in America, the family benefits app, Cleo, uses clinician-designed family support programs to allow employers to show their commitment to helping working parents. There's growing evidence indicating that workplace family support is essential for maintaining a loyal, engaged, and diverse workforce.

Cleo offers family benefits to both prospective and current parents for free through their employers. With the backing of numerous Fortune 500 companies, Cleo also provides personalized guidance for parents, from family planning all the way up to when a child turns 12 years old.

Looking ahead, Cleo continues to expand its offerings with packages that connect families with vetted caregivers via concierge support or, as an alternative, with family co-op option. It is also exploring the adult care markets for further expansion opportunities.
