Using customer data to inform calling operations has been shown to provide a smoother customer experience. CloudCall is a CTI solution that pairs with CRM information to enhance its clients knowledge and improve clients customer service.

The company has built a library of features since founding in 2011, from call recording to automatic call distribution. Alongside this, customers are able to use already installed programmes like Microsoft Dynamics to integrate with the CTI solution to create a smoother workflow. The platform now has tens of thousands of users with offices worldwide.

CloudCall operates in a highly competitive environment where many of its peers are larger and better capitalised, though the company has recently announced yet another integration with JobDiva, further expanding the possibilities of its platform. Having secured funding, CloudCall will hope to double down on its strategy and remain a competitive player in the market.
