Our take

Founded in 2017, Cloudline noticed that big name brands such as Starbucks and Tesla use software to deliver high-value customer experience, and they aim to equip their clients - golf, football and visitor attraction businesses with the same tools.

There are a number of companies operating in the consumer experience sector, including big-name consultancy businesses such as McKinsey. However, Cloudline's focus on the sports and visitor attraction industry and notably its customers' food and beverage revenue gives it an edge. Their vertical SaaS solution enables their clients to sell more, reduce costs, and personalize experiences.

Cloudline is a venture-funded platform, and it has managed to exploit an underserved and profitable niche within the wider consumer experience and food and beverage markets. It has attracted clients including Leyton Orient FC, Christchurch Golf Club, and the Escapade Group.

  • Our team approaches all aspects of the business in a way where we can be as inclusive as possible.
  • Jeremy Hindle (One of our Co-Founders) last business (YC S17) was completely focused on solving D&I in high volume recruitment: "Fight discrimination, engage diverse future leaders, and improve business performance with a hiring solution designed for early talent teams: Headstart's ATS recruitment software."
  • We discuss issues and opinions around D&I openly as a and take input from all employees to make sure that our business doesn't just 'tell' and 'enforce' our ethics on our staff. Instead we help employees to understand others who see, the world differently to themselves, therby instilling our culture for more effectively.
