To building dream teams with one great interview conversation at a time.
Resignations, layoffs, and career changes over the Covid pandemic have thrown the labor market into a state of accelerated upheaval. Tech advances were already creating a new labor landscape to which workers and companies were needing to adapt; now, with more applicants increasingly shifting priorities, companies are needing to rethink hiring entirely. HR software company, Clovers, was founded in 2020 to meet precisely this challenge.
Clovers’ intelligence platform is designed to more tightly focus the interviewing process. It works alongside the Zoom interview screen to flag and prompt the interviewer with questions and warnings; clips can then be stored and replayed, and team responses consolidated to streamline the interview process.
Clovers launched its flagship product in late 2021, so it is in good time to capitalize on the rise of video interviews as companies begin expanding workforces post-pandemic. Moreover, it has been astutely highlighting its software’s contribution towards reducing bias in the interview process, which may attract the growing corporate investment in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Further, with recent funding secured, Clovers is poised well for future success.
