Our take
The growth of hybrid working has been exponential over the last decade. Businesses are shifting into an era where they need part-time workplaces to break through WFH loneliness and issues around co-working spaces not fostering a company culture. Codi has built a marketplace solution to conquer the grey area between full time office space and “WeWork” type co-working spaces.
Founded in 2018, Codi is a marketplace that matches companies to properties that fit their requirements. The company’s service extends to support around the moving-in process and cleaning services, removing as many of the headaches for customers as possible.
The company is scaling by showing how this model of working is that of the future, whilst also tackling neighbouring issues of reducing clients commutes and more. The concept is promising and as time goes on seemingly more and more relevant so it’ll be exciting to see how Codi evolves with workplace needs.
