Our take

Inspired by the statistic that the real estate industry is responsible for 40% of global Carbon Dioxide emissions, Comgy digitizes the measurement, visualization and billing of heat, water and electricity consumption in real estate properties.

The company manages more than 60,000 flats and commercial units in its own operating system but its market presence is only growing. Working with Discovergy, Comgy is continuing to develop its own operating system which allows users to efficiently and digitally manage the entire value chain, from installation to the final billing. Its multi-metering platform will be available as a white-labelled solution for other metering service providers to deploy.

Comgy’s rapid growth since its conception marks the market's embracement of its model. Recent Series B funding will go towards further expansion in Germany and the EU to further its goal of reducing energy consumption.
