Our take
ComplYant helps small businesses navigate the financial complexities they may not have the manpower to focus on themselves. With millions of dollars unnecessarily spent on taxes by small businesses every year, ComplYant offers an easily integrated and ergonomic solution.
Founder Shiloh Johnson previously spent years running her own accountancy firm, and started ComplYance to accommodate a recurring problem for many of her clients.
Founded in 2019, ComplYant may be less established compared to other fintech companies. However, with an experienced founder, considerable funding and by solving a widespread problem, they look well set to succeed in this space.
