Connected Kerb was founded to help drive a sustainable and rapid transition to EV across the UK, while supporting further development of smart mobility solutions. For EVs to be a meaningful revolution, they have to be accessible to everyone, hence Connected Kerb's focus on on-street residential charging.
It's doing this by producing, installing, and operating smart infrastructure and EV charging solutions. These future-proof and cost-effective products are developed for developers, car parks, the public sector, workplaces, fleets, and more to achieve this mission.
All of Connected Kerb's solutions provide the foundation for connected communities and cities by combining data and power at the kerb, delivering reliable and user-friendly charging. Its products include the Gecko for existing posts and bollards, the Limpet for wall-mounting, and the Armadillo for charging on the kerb.
As a team of mobility and infrastructure specialists, Connected Kerb is aiming to help accelerate the EV revolution and the process of transition to a more sustainable approach to travel. This has led to it gaining funding from the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy as part of a consortium for the pioneering EV charging project 'Agile Streets', as well as clients including the councils of Lambeth, Windsor & Maidenhead, Swindon, Dover, Kent, Rydale and more.
