  • For us at Contentive, we are proud to celebrate that we have evenly balanced teams with 51% women v’s 49% men. I am also delighted that Rachel Montgomery-Young and myself are both on our leadership team and actively have a voice at the table. Whilst we have made some good progress this year, there is still plenty for us to focus on. We have captured a few key areas for focus in 2021: 1) Recruiting for Equality, 2) Inclusion and Diversity data, 3) Flexible Working
  • Contentive is currently reviewing our flexible working approach for all staff. This will highlight how the organisation supports parents and other people with caring responsibilities and recognises preferences to balancing work and home life in a positive way
