Contracts are mandatory when it comes to securing sales and partnerships as a business, but managing them can be laborious. Despite businesses relying on digital platforms for most of their tasks, contracts are still managed in the form of paperwork and PDFs, formats that make signing them and maintaining compliance an unnecessarily complex task.

Contractbook provides contract automation and management software for businesses, allowing them to automate the signing, renewal, organization, and collaboration of business contracts within an end-to-end digital platform. The platform features over 150 contract templates and a custom contract generator based on questionnaires, in addition to contract importing tools and compliance assurance systems.

Several other companies have released PDF-compatible contract importing systems in recent years which Contractbook will share the contract automation landscape with, but the company has been smart to realize that this is simply providing solutions for old formats. Through its fully digital end-to-end contract creation and management platform, the company claims it will save clients manual contract creation time and resources, and help to maintain compliance and organization.
