Around 90% of food, drink and health purchases still take place in physical stores and Cooler Screens enables these retailers to improve the quality of their stores. The company’s product can boost customer experiences, providing buyers with instant sales information and nutritional facts, whilst allowing brands to drive sales and build brand equity by connecting with consumers.
The start-up’s 2020 round of funding, led by Verizon Ventures, advanced the screens’ rollouts at leading retailers. The investment was used to develop its technology platforms, such as its contextual advertising and merchandising capabilities, even allowing consumers to ask the screens questions, such as “show me all the vegan items?”
