With a loyal customer base including chefs, foodies, and home delivery clients the company offers a product range including Beef, venison and condiments.
Copas strives to stand out for its artisan methods, which prioritise the welfare of the birds and the preservation of their natural flavour. Despite challenges like the 2023 bird flu outbreak, Copas has persevered, with the family implementing innovative solutions like using alpacas to protect birds from fox attacks.
