Copper is a CRM designed to help companies build meaningful relationships with their consumers to deliver more reliable revenue it integrates with.

GSuite to enable sales teams to collect useful data and insights from their contacts and manage their pipeline directly from their Gmail inbox. In 2021, Copper acquired Sherlock, a customer experience platform to help them understand customers better.

Google's plans to end third-party cookie collection is expected to shake up the marketing industry, as it will become more difficult for organizations to collect data and personalize their campaigns. However, CRM tools like Copper, which encourage its users to go back to basics and build quality relationships are only going to be in greater demand.
