Our take

Companies like Facebook and LinkedIn have the engineering capacity to build and maintain their own systems. But not every tech company has the resources and manpower to build all their features from scratch. User notifications are essential to enhancing customer experience, but with so many different communication options available, integrating them all into one app is laborious.

Courier provides developers with a one-stop service for all their notification and communication infrastructure needs. It's an API platform that makes it quick and easy to add user notifications to applications without having to code. It integrates with all the popular communication tools, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp, among others.

Courier has continued to develop its products, bringing new functionality to its offerings through new APIs. It has a few notable competitors - including alternative plug-and-play notification platforms MagicBell and Notifo - but with a growing number of paying customers, and impressive investment at its back, Courier has carved itself a place in the market which it is confident it can maintain.
