Our take
A businesses success is ultimately driven by the team, they define the success of most projects. However, for hard to fill roles, the days when recruiters would just post a job ad online and wait for incoming applications are long gone.
Today, recruiters need to actively seek out the best candidates, provide a great experience, nurture relationships and create a solid employer brand. This takes a lot of time, effort, and tool switching between excel, gmail, slack, LinkedIn and calendars.
Crew solve this problem by providing a recruiting platform that lets teams automate their outbound efforts, streamline their hiring process, and gather all the data in one place.
The company's public launch was announced along with a $2 million seed round in early 2023 following a year of being in closed beta, and is set to expand upon its portfolio of 100 companies and 1,000 active monthly users.
