Crosschq's mission is to ensure companies and talent are a perfect match.
The period of the American Great Resignation has seen interesting new pressures placed on HR departments. Firstly, the preferences of the workforce are rapidly changing - meaning attracting the best talent requires a whole new approach. Secondly, and fortunately, this period saw a wave of digital transformation furnishing HR departments with the tools to overhaul their strategies. One of them is Crosschq, a company that uses data science, analytics, and AI to carry out HR responsibilities like pre-assessing candidates and managing reference checks.
Crosschq aren’t the only ones leveraging AI and big data to help recruitment teams. In fact, it’s been something of a trend among new startups and existing companies for a few years now. This means Crosschq, in the US alone, is up against fetcher, eightfold, Greenhouse, and scores of other competitive companies meeting this new demand for recruitment overhaul.
There’s no shortage of investment to go around, however, with VC money pouring in thick and fast to the HR tech sector. CrossChq’s multi-tool suite means they are smartly straddling themselves across various parts of the market. Plus, their strong roster of clients including major players like Glassdoor, Hubspot, and Upwork will help them gain even further traction.
