Brands have adapted to online marketing and eCommerce as a way to reach customers worldwide, but in many ways, digital experiences tend to fall a little flat. Standard websites and one-size-fits-all communications might reach a lot of people but often fail to do much to improve sales or increase customer loyalty. Crownpeak exists to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing. It provides a suite of tools that allow companies to manage online content across all digital channels.

However, Crownpeak's experience in the digital experience sector gives it an edge - founded in 2001, it has been providing content management services continually since the first Dot-Com boom. Its age, however, is no barrier to it changing with the times, and it has worked to develop its platform with new technologies, such as incorporating AI to ensure automatic compliance with web accessibility standards, the only company in the industry to provide this service.

Crownpeak counts many household names among its customers: American Express, Toyota, and Unilever to name a few. It is consolidating this market lead through an aggressive acquisitions strategy to expand its platform's capabilities. Its 2022 purchases of ilumino and Attraqt added considerable accessibility and product discoveries to its portfolio. Going forward, it is well poised to maintain its market lead for the foreseeable future.
