Crunchr's cloud solution supports workforce decisions by combining industry expertise with data and analytics to provide business insights. Most organisations have HR systems, but they struggle to translate all their data into insights. Crunchr's product sets itself apart because it works on top of existing HR systems, allowing businesses to benefit from insights without having to reinvent their entire system.

It has invested in expansion into the US, as well as focussed on improving its platform with the addition of predictive analytics and an AI assistant to deliver more contextually rich, actionable insights faster.
