With this approach, Curb Food aims to become the world's most intelligent kitchen by harnessing the power of data and technology to transform the current $500 billion restaurant market. It is doing this by developing its tech team first and foremost, seeking to build applications and systems to make the process of food delivery even more convenient.
The industry could reach $1 trillion by 2030, and funding raised from EQT Ventures will be used to support Curb Food's expansion across Europe, develop its tech and platform, and grow operations.
