Current Health provides an AI-powered, at-home health tracking platform, that connects to wearables on vulnerable patients. The system continuously monitors patient data like temperature, heart rate, and activity, with healthcare professionals using this data to prevent, diagnose, and treat conditions accordingly.
The company is used by many leading health systems around the world; including the UK National Health Service, Mount Sinai Health System, Geisinger Health, and the Mayo Clinic, as well as pharmaceutical companies such as AstraZeneca. Funding raised by the company has enabled it to scale its platform towards delivering at-home care services for all.
