Custodian's mission is to bring a new approach to solving the traditional pains of classic car ownership to keep the focus of ownership where it should be - on the enjoyment of driving.
There’s quite an administrative burden that comes with owning a car, particularly a high performance or classic vehicle – maintenance, servicing, and record keeping to name a few. Custodian is looking to make all this easier through its digital ownership platform.
The startup is still very young, but it’s open about its roadmap, with ambitions to make Custodian a one stop shop-and-social for car owners, based largely on community, events, and sales via a proposed marketplace.
The founding team behind Custodian makes this a particularly intriguing project: CEO Charles Clegg has a strong background in finance and investments, Nathalia Rus co-founded marketplace Coffeechain and was named in the JP Morgan Future 100, and Jeremy Hindle co-founded successful startups Headstart and Cloudline.
