To decarbonise commercial buildings worldwide.
It has been reported that buildings are accountable for producing around 40% of annual global CO2 emissions, and this figure is currently expected to double by 2050. Dabbel is working to combat this by decarbonising commercial buildings across the globe in order to slow the impact of global warming.
The German company deploys artificial intelligence to do so. It has developed self-learning building management software that plugs into any existing building management systems to better manage heating and cooling systems. It reviews available data to constantly adapt and improve its decision-making.
Dabbel is relatively young but has ambitious plans. Whilst early clients include facility managers of large commercial buildings and a number of schools, it envisions other types of educational institutions deploying its tech in the future and has begun to develop a predictive maintenance functionality to expand its product offerings.
