Our take

As much as e-commerce companies need great User Experience to drive their revenue, it’s usually a very expensive business. While AI tools are used for UX by plenty of big tech companies, they’re normally out of reach for those in the middle ground. Indeed, UX Designers alone are often out of budget for small companies.

To level the playing field a little, DataMilk offers e-commerce companies a simple no-code AI plugin which automatically adjusts and optimizes their website’s UX according to visitor behavior.

It’s a clever idea, and given the company’s surge since launching in 2021, it must be working. DataMilk’s headcount and customer base have been expanding rapidly of late as it eyes up yet another phase of growth, now fuelled by VC backing.
