Finding the best candidates for a job is a time-consuming process, requiring recruitment teams to sift through applications for optimum qualifications and to ensure diversity. However, these candidates often still do not tick all the boxes.
Datapeople provides an outbound recruitment platform, using real-time analytics to give recruitment teams advice as to how to strengthen their job posts. The tool helps by analyzing existing recruiting data to find missing roles and demographics to make the workplace more productive and diverse and then optimizing job descriptions through suggestions based on these insights.
Whilst it is undeniable that the company will face competition from other recruitment analytic platforms, Datapeople has taken the unique approach of focusing on providing real-time analytical insights whilst job posts are being created.
