To put the fun in functional. Inspired by the French ethos of pleasure and restraint, De Soi is a range of non-alcoholic apéritifs made with natural adaptogens.

Our take

Public demand for non-alcoholic beverages is increasing rapidly. However, until now the focus has been on non-alcoholic beers and spirits. De Soi solves this problem by providing consumers with a sparkling, non-alcoholic aperitif.

De Soi has benefited hugely from its founders' combined profile and experience in the distillery industry. This has garnered the company considerable media attention, while allowing it to offer a high-quality product. What's more, a recent $4 million funding round has allowed De Soi to scale its operations quickly, and, crucially, to reach more retailers.

De Soi's main challenge will be competing with other distilleries and drinks brands moving into the non-alcoholic industry. De Soi has successfully differentiated itself from its competitors so far, however, largely thanks to its unique messaging and media presence.
