Founded in 2020, DealsPlus is a provider of investment deal execution services that reduce the time and cost of preparing for transactions. The platform is notable for helping general partners and their portfolios stay ‘transaction ready’ at all times.
The company enables private market funds to standardise and automate deal closings and is well positioned to do so when considering founder, Venkat Subramaniam’s fifteen years experience advising private market funds. In fact, it was during this time that he identified, first-hand, the pressing need for a solution of this kind.
DealsPlus recently completed seed capital investment, which will no doubt fund scaling operations and catalyse a new period of growth for this fairly green company.
