Company mission

DearEmployee's mission is to make work a better place.

Our take

DearEmployee supplies HR software to improve the health and motivation of teams; helping to prevent burnout, improve performance, gain & retain talent, and protect the mental health of employees.

More and more businesses are seeking to support their employees in better, more effective ways. This presents a great opportunity for DearEmployee, but also means there is a fair bit of competition in the space. The company hopes to stand out with its novel "DearEmployee Survey", which is designed to gauge the day-to-day stress, motivation, health and commitment of employees - data which can then be used to make targeted efforts to improve their experiences.

DearEmployee has received substantial amounts of investment since its founding, the latest of which will be used to expand the functionality of its solution, as it builds out the processes and structures for accelerated growth.
