Our take

Deducta is a data intelligence platform helping businesses make sense of messy, fragmented procurement data. By ingesting raw ERP and accounts-payable exports, it automatically cleans and standardises 100% of an organisation's spend data, turning disjointed financial inputs into a clear, unified view. From there, it surfaces actionable savings opportunities (identifying cost inefficiencies, overlapping contracts, and supplier risks) all backed by natural-language rationales that keep people in the loop. On top of this, the platform doesn't require system overhauls or complex integrations, and promises initial insights within minutes, with full structured analysis delivered in hours.

Although Deducta is still a relatively young company, it's operating in a powerful space. And its "pay-upon-success" model means no upfront costs, companies only pay when Deducta helps them unlock savings. Alongside this, its ability to deliver fast insights, drive cost reductions (it claims up to 97% spend analysed and huge savings), and sustain performance through ongoing monitoring makes it a pretty compelling bet for organisations serious about smarter procurement.

Joseph Turner

(Co-Founder & CTO)

Previously, Joseph founded Euriscient. Prior to that, he was a Robotics and Computer Vision Engineer at the Technical University of Munich and Fugro.

Yoni Kok

Alongside Deducta, Yoni is the founder of Yik.Dev. Previously, he was a Freelance Software Engineer for Damen, a Senior Software Engineer at Flanderijn, and a Lead Developer/Solutions Architect at Thaly B.V.
