Many scientists have specialised knowledge that they could use to help the world by creating innovative science startups, but pursuing such a project requires a time-consuming process of fundraising.

Deep Science Ventures provides a science venture studio and fund, partnering with entrepreneurial scientists and leading scientific experts to drive the creation of high-impact scientific ventures. The company focuses on ventures within the sectors of agriculture, computation, climate, and pharmaceuticals, and has so far launched over 35 companies and attracted over £75m in funding.

Many potential scientific entrepreneurs go through their careers without ever lending their knowledge to an innovation venture, and Deep Science Ventures recognises this, aiming to increase accessibility to founding opportunities through its venture studio. Through its partnerships, the company hopes to prevent missed venture opportunities, increase the rate of scientific innovation, and help create world-changing solutions.
