To empower plus size women to embrace their individuality.
3% employee growth in 12 months
Almost 70% of women in the US are plus-sized, but the fashion industry is not reflective of this. Whilst plenty of clothing brands in the US recognize this problem, their solutions tend to be larger versions of existing clothing.
Dia&Co instead design clothing specifically created for plus-size women, as opposed to offering compromising alternatives. In doing so, they are setting out to innovate the plus-size fashion industry and design clothing options for women of all-sizes.
The company has raised a total of $90 million in funding, in addition to forming partnerships with other female-owned swimwear brands. Dia&Co is planning on expanding out into the plus-size swimsuit industry as well as developing a new focus on fashion accessories.
