Our take

Digitalprojekt 4 GmbH, or DP4, is working to help advance the digitization of the energy industry. It has already developed marketplaces for gas and electricity supply contracts, as well as an energy consultancy service for SMBs, and is now targeting e-mobility.

As a subsidiary of EWE, Germany’s 5th largest energy provider, DP4 is building atop well-established foundations, which suggests a promising position from the off. Its choice to develop solutions for e-mobility is no doubt a wise choice, as the German EV market is already large and only projected to grow into the future.
