Our take

Founded in 2018 by former Crashlytics creators Wayne Chang and Jeff Seibert, Digits is a Statistical Analytics and machine learning platform that helps finance departments answer the “how” or “why” questions that could have only been answered before by human inquiry.

Using machine learning to speed up analytical inquiries, Chang and Seibert, previous directors and heads of department at Twitter, aim to modernise the financial and data analytics industry. They’ve created state-of-the-art software products to empower businesses with a “living model” of their company.

Since moving out of the invite-only stage with clients, Digits has amassed a tens of thousands-long waiting list and a valuation of more than half a billion dollars. With the potential to expand its software into many other areas of business, Digits is a young but impressive start-up with a client list including Google, Amazon, and Yahoo.
