Our take
Despite increased awareness of the phrase "diversity and inclusion", plenty of employees across the globe still want to leave their current company for a more inclusive one. 78% of employees who responded to a Harvard Business Review study said they work at organisations that lack diversity in leadership positions.
2020 brought to light some of the inadequacies of generic diversity and inclusion policies, and there has been an increased demand for anti-racist as well as diversity & inclusion advisors to join company boards.
Diversio offers the specific human insights that are needed to create more inclusive workspaces, with the power of AI speed and accuracy. Diversio is able to track employee feedback and public perception in real-time, preempting problems.
Diversio already has a roster of clients it has helped via its AI technology, including Canada Learning Code, Unilever, Honda, and many more. Having only launched in 2018, its young success is a sign of things to come. Series A funding awarded at the start of 2022 will be invested in its team and product development. With an increased demand for scalable, practical diversity & inclusion implementation - Diversio ticks all the boxes.
