To eliminate plastic packaging waste from groceries.
50% female employees
Dizzie is driven by the mission to get responsibly sourced, zero-waste groceries into as many households across the UK, without costing the earth or your wallet. With this approach, Dizzie aims to build the next generation of supermarkets.
Originally founded as a D2C waste reduction solution for shoppers, Dizzie moved away from grocery orders for consumers in 2023, and now aids large brands and retailers in removing plastic from their products. It does this through smart tracking packaging through its supply chains and the production of reusable food packaging for retailers and brands.
Though the about-turn from its eco-marketplace origins into a B2B company may be mistaken for diminishing revenue, the move signals the company’s renewed focus on the sustainability of supply chains and high street retailers. To address the wider need for waste reduction, Dizzie’s online store closure indicated a desire to work more closely with larger companies in an environmental consultancy capacity. With six years of experience in sustainable supply chain engagement on a customer level, Dizzie has the right experience to move forward in this new capacity.
