Our take

A knowledge base can make or break the productivity of a software engineer. Well curated, searchable information from across the company, with detailed FAQs and rich ticket context boosts productivity and profitability: less time is spent digging around through documents and breaking concentration. Get these wrong, however, and things can slow down - fast. Docbot has developed a suite of targeted solutions covering these potentially problem areas.

Docbot is a fledgling entry to the developer tools market at this moment, but it’s a good time to be throwing its hat into the ring. Code bases and operational complexities are growing at dizzying rates, leading to a rise in demand for tools that can automate out manual processes and promote collaboration and information sharing.

Testament to this demand is that that the market continues to yield major players like Figma and Honeycomb, whilst sustaining a huge number of smaller startups, and raking in record amounts of VC cash. So there's a lot of opportunity here for Docbot, especially in the vibrant London tech scene.
