Dotte's mission is to create a one-stop-shop where parents can buy, sell, donate and recycle outgrown children's clothing.
Dotte was founded because the current children's clothing market produces far too much waste as kids grow quickly and discard clothes that are still good quality. It is based on the fundamental belief that the entire product lifestyle of clothing - production, buying, wearing, and recycling - should all reduce fashion's impact on the environment.
Currently, the fashion industry accounts for close to 10% of global carbon emissions, as well as using up more than 1.5 trillion litres of water per year. Dotte is addressing this and setting itself apart by producing an infinite line of clothing, providing for thousands of children's wardrobes with its family-to-family marketplace.
Most recently, Dotte established partnerships with Marks & Spencer and Clarks; both joined the platform’s Resale Collective, a group of sustainable brand partners, allowing consumers to resell branded kidswear in exchange for store discounts.
This full-circle remedy helps reduce waste and environmental impact in children's clothing: the fastest area of fashion. With the industry set to expand, Dotte is well placed to grow quickly over the next year through its online marketplace.

As a flexible work provider, we have the option to make up our hours at a time that fits with our schedule. We also have a 4 day working week (with 5 day salary) which is amazing for having an extra day to recharge.
