Dover is hoping to renovate the US recruitment process. With many companies still relying on manual systems of recruitment, the $50 billion-per-year market is ripe for innovation. So Dover are hoping that their end-to-end recruitment automation platform will bring much needed efficiency to the sector, along with better outcomes and lower costs for customers.

Recruitment declined over the COVID-19 pandemic, but is now blossoming as industries open up again and expand operations. However, the recruitment sector is set to see significant changes. With shifts in employee expectations, and a greater emphasis on hybrid teams, existing HR departments will need to adapt and services like those offered by Dover will help them do so.

HR tech funding has exploded in recent years, demonstrating a real market confidence in the need for recruitment renovation. Dover's focus on drawing information from the existing, fragmented marketplace of talent and tools means they can piggyback on familiar and trusted companies like LinkedIn and Indeed to establish themselves.
