Personalization has transformed the eCommerce landscape, but fashion has remained largely underserved. Dresslife has sought to address this, and has benefited greatly from this gap in the market. Its AI is proven to improve customer engagement and satisfaction, and thereby increase revenue for retailers.
Dresslife's biggest challenge will be competing with other AI personalization providers. However, its laser-sharp focus on fashion and its range of add-ons (including newletters and fit & size recommendations) has helped give the company a competitive edge.
