They worked as CTO of BuyerZone.com, Complete, and Lookery before founding Ghostery and Performable. Having been CPO of HubSpot, they co-founded Drift as CEO in January 2015.

Having studied at Harvard, they spent 10 years as an IBM Software Engineer, before working at Lookery and Performable. They left their role of 3 years at HubSpot in September 2014 to co-found Drift.
