Drip is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform built to help eCommerce brands drive sales through multi-channel marketing campaigns, without requiring coding experience. Their aim is to connect order management with marketing at the customer level, across major platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento.
Drip's particular focus is on SMS and email marketing channels. SMS marketing is proving an increasingly effective and popular outreach method, especially as generation Z begin to command greater spending power. With over 30,000 marketers using the platform, Drip are enjoying both good uptake and good customer satisfaction rates.
Drip has also helped support smaller eCommerce businesses through their Brand Boost Program. These independent brands usually get overlooked in favor of other major online retailers, and so Drip has been helping handle the marketing and promotion for brands that sign up to the community.
