Our take
With 1.5 million acres of space converted into urban dwellings every year, Duranta is helping landscapers design and maintain eco-friendly interiors through its platform. Still in stealth mode, the details are under wraps, but it seems Duranta is aiming to tap into the urban design market that’s increasingly focused on green space.
Interestingly, the founding team behind Duranta previously built Aurora Solar, a software company for solar energy, which brings a depth of experience in the sector. With funding from top Silicon Valley firms and angel investors, the company's aim for now is to expand its team before going public.
