Eagle Eye's mission is to enrich the lives of everyone it comes into contact with through its digital retail customer engagement platform.

Our take

Promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs have long since been popular ways for brands to boost customer retention, but the way in which such programs are offered is changing dramatically. Physical reward cards and vouchers are rapidly being replaced with digital alternatives, and whilst many consumers expect this from their favourite brands, creating the necessary digital infrastructure requires the expensive services of bespoke software programmers.

Eagle Eye provides an API-based digital marketing platform called AIR, consisting of a variety of APIs to facilitate the low-code creation of customized digital loyalty programs, promotions, gifts, subscriptions, and consumer apps.

Whilst there is no denying that brands can already develop digital customer engagement tools with no-code platforms or bespoke software development teams, Eagle Eye has found a smart middle-ground by facilitating the flexibility of bespoke software development with low-code APIs.
