Company mission

To build the most powerful and intuitive spatial data app builder to deliver positive change for people and planet.

Our take

Geospatial information has never been more vital to firms and government as they seek to mitigate climate change ensure their supply chains are environmentally friendly. While geospatial analytics can be accessed through Google Earth Engine, it takes specialist knowledge and significants amount of time to make any use of the raw data. Earth Blox simplifies this process by providing a drag and drop interface that allows clients to quickly create customised insights from the data without any technical expertise.

The Earth observation market is rapidly expanding, driven mainly by net-zero emission pledges and the rising importance of Environmental, Social and Governance factors to investors. It's estimated that the sector will double from £1.86 billion in 2021 to £3.97 billion by 2031. Earth Blox is already well-placed to take advantage of this growth, having secured such clients as Shell Nature Based Solutions, the United Nations and CGIAR.

Earth Blox has recently raised funding from Archangels, which will allow it to scale up its product and to grow into new markets, especially agriculture, asset management and urban development. Earth Blox is an early-stage business with global ambitions, and is definitely one to watch.
