To enable our partners to provide a modern benefits management experience through product innovation, industry leadership, and trust.
25% employee growth in 12 months
For employees who work in small businesses, choosing employer benefits is usually not a streamlined process. Small businesses lack expensive HR tech platforms. The result is excess paperwork for small businesses and a poor employee experience. Ease is trying to solve this problem by providing HR software accessible to small businesses.
As its name suggests, Ease's platform helps small businesses manage benefits and onboard new employees, as efficiently as large companies while eliminating the tedious paperwork. Even though the platform is geared for small businesses, Ease sells to insurance brokers. These brokers then onboard, manage and teach their small business clients how to use the software. Ease is used by over 2000 insurance agencies to assist them and their clients.
Ease faces competition from big companies in a HR software market valued at over $15 billion. Software giants, SAP, Oracle, and ADP are all putting money into multi-tool HRM software. However, through strategic partnerships, Ease is posed well for further growth: BambooHR, an industry-leading software provider powering HR recently added Ease to its marketplace, increasing the company's exposure and offering a streamlined solution for clients.
