Our take
Electric vehicle charging hardware requires software systems to run effectively. EcoG provides this software, offering an IoT operating system that makes EV charging easier and more efficient and therefore more convenient and profitable for companies.
There are many companies producing the hardware for EV charging itself, but in focusing on the development of their operating systems, EcoG has found a niche that is drawing in a large number of clients. In the last year, EcoG claims that its customer base has doubled and it has bagged clients as large as Siemens.
EcoG has more than 50 partners across the globe and works with 15 different manufacturing companies, indicating the breadth of its product line. It is well funded and pursuing expansion in Europe and India, while doubling down on its presence in the USA.
