Born under the Wonder of Maths umbrella, Educai is a personalised teaching platform that works to ensure each child can reach its full learning potential.
Gone with the one-size-fits-all approach, adopted by many education institutions, tutors using Educai can easily adapt how students learn with platform's bespoke learning platform and content matching algorithm. The AI-powered platform has been used by tutors who have since helped students receive places at some of the most competitive secondary schools in the UK, including Westminster and St Pauls.
A new player to the industry, Educai will focus primarily on developing its product so it best meets the needs of its customers, whilst its scales operations and grows its profile.

We hire for diversity. We are a female majority team, and have hired people from over 10 different countries, with all of our cultures respected. We celebrated Chinese New Year, had food from everyones country during christmas and our intern worked from home while he was fasting.

Everyone has a say in what we do. Whether it's our office manager's thoughts on product or mine on tutoring. Any junior's opinion is weighted the same as a seniors. We also run a placement year programme every year where a student is trained up to be mid-weight level by the time they go back to uni - our last intern worked on our most important features to date!

Being in Educai has given me the chance to expand my knowledge of TypeScript, other areas in database design and every chance to learn is encouraged, whether that's through traditional means of courses and videos, or just being given the chance to pick up tasks you're unfamiliar with. There is always a chance to weave learning into your everyday work, as well as opportunities to ask for certain dedicated time to pick something new up!

Being in a small team that trusts each other means we're able to do whatever we need to do to achieve our goals, whether this is working towards a personal goal, a team goal or the company goal - anything that will benefit the company at the end of the day is seen as a positive. You'll never feel like somebody is watching over your shoulder.

During our weekly meetings we have a chance for individuals to add small-wins, whether this is as small as help of an everyday task or as big as getting a new client on board, we're all about celebrations and being together when we do see each other in the office!
