Our take
Elevayte is a company that specialises in the development of leadership talent for ScaleUps, enabling businesses to make their people a force for growth. Its focus on ScaleUps comes from the acknowledgement that this stage of a company is rife with unique challenges, such as demanding investors, super-fast growth, and constant change.
Elevayte's approach to these challenges is to enable clients to invest in their talent, building teams that are both agile and growth-oriented. The company offers access to 1-on-1 professional coaching and team development options, as well as "Elevayte Academy" that allows a cohort of leaders and managers to develop skills to drive business success.
Though professional training and development is by no means a new endeavour, Elevayte already boasts 31 partners and over 150 leaders developed through its programs. It is still in its relatively early stages, so it will be interesting to see how it evolves into the future.
